Actually the answer is yes and no. Let me explain for people that contribute, there are two ways the site is completely free.

1. We make you a contributor, once we hit our max. number of contributors we will cease doing this.
2. For every picture or video  you upload and leave online for 30 days you earn KinkyKash (our virtual money) which you can redeem for a premium membership

So as you can see people that come on KP and participate don't have to pay a single cent. Of course, like any other large online business, operating Cuckolds.me costs a lot of money for hardware, bandwidth and development cost. So by becoming a premium member you help with the costs and without the premium member  the site wouldn't exist in the way it does today and be able to grow.
